An affiliation with Always Golfing gets you more casual golfers playing during times you want. Why not try and attract more golfers through us? You've got a lot to gain and nothing to lose!
The Always Golfing system has been designed to be as simple as possible for everyone using it. When a golfer brings a voucher in to redeem it at your golf club, you simply:
If your pro shop is not open, the golfer must insert the barcode end of the voucher into the envelope with the relevant green fees.
Nothing. The Always Golfing service is free-of-charge for all clubs. There is no catch and no hidden surprises. The only requirement is that your club provides two-for-one green fees when a golfer presents an Always Golfing voucher at your course. There is a premium subscription available which has been detailed above.
No. A voucher can only be used once. Once it has been redeemed via the online system, it cannot be reused.
If a voucher is brought into your golf club and the system tells you that it has already been redeemed, it will also provide you with the time, date and location that it was redeemed at.
Through the customisation of the webpage for your club, you will be able to select times when the vouchers are valid at your course. For ease of use, you can select morning and afternoon times for each day.
Each time a casual golfer plays at your course, you have an extra opportunity to encourage them to become a member of your club. Always Golfing does not provide a handicap system for golfers. This presents a clear stepping stone to direct golfers to memberships as their skill level increases.
Another point worth considering is that every time someone plays on your course, they may bring a different person, hence leading to further revenue opportunities through your club facilities.
The two-for-one voucher is for a round of golf for two people playing golf together. The voucher cannot be redeemed for one person to play two rounds of golf.
The two-for-one voucher is purchased prior to paying for a round of golf at your golf club.
